RETURN


  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging and must have all tags attached.
  • The item must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once the item is received, we will inspect the given item. You will be contacted to ensure you know that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after this.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund (minus shipping) to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods are in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem. If you receive your item in a faulty condition you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt.

Spexybeast DO NOT pay returns postage unless an item is the wrong item or faulty. Spexybeast cannot be held responsible for loss or damaged property. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
